E2e Learner Matthew Wallis being presented with his NVQ level 1 Certificate in Hospitality after successfully completing the Springboard Sunderland E2E Hospitality & Catering programme.

Matthew has now been employed as a commis chef at the prestigious Ramside Hotel in Durham after a successful period of work experience as part of his E2E programme.
