Josh Russell, currently working under supervison in the Blue River Bistro May 08, on site at Rivergreen in Pallion. This is part of Springboard, it is a working restaurant serving staff and the general public. Josh started this placement one day a week but enjoyed it so much he asked for his time there to be increased. He is currently working a four day week and is enjoying learning about the catering trade.
