Well done to Anthony Mason (L2 Multi Skilled Hospitality), Brian Chapplow (L2 Food & Drink Service) and Robert Yuill (L2 Professional Cookery) with their NVQ Level 1 certificates in Hospitality after successfully completing their e2e course at Springboard Sunderland’s Blue River Bistro.
