Well done to Anthony Mason (L2 Multi Skilled Hospitality), Brian Chapplow (L2 Food & Drink Service) and Robert Yuill (L2 Professional Cookery) with their NVQ Level 1 certificates in Hospitality after successfully completing their e2e course at Springboard Sunderland’s Blue River Bistro.
Manager Adrian Pickering said how well thay have done in achieving their goals through hard work and dedication.
